<p>Ok guys I just called admissions and I learned some stuff. She told me the basics like its easier to change within a college than it is to change out of a college. Then she told me that every college has their own criteria for people who want to change. Then I asked about the high school transcript thing and she told me she does not know exactly but she believes changing majors has NOTHING to do with the general admission process and once you are there, the college of your desire will set a new set of criteria for you to complete in order to change.</p>
