<p>Caucasian. Descendants of Mediterranean countries are still considered Caucasian (which is a waaaay to general category, I know, but there is no box differentiating between anglo-saxon and slavic, etc etc etc).</p>
<p>Same as ses said. Greek is still "white". But if your Greek heritage has had a major impact on your life, you could certainly include that in an essay or something.</p>
