Do I enroll in TAP or not ?

<p>So, I'm indecisive about whether or not I should enroll in TAP at Community College.
I know it gives priority admittance to ULCA's College of Letters and Science, but that isn't the right college for me as I plan to major in Computer Science. </p>

<p>I'd like to go to either UCLA or Irvine. Does TAP give priority admittance to other colleges such as UCI ? </p>

<p>I just want to know if I would be wasting my time in the TAP program seeing as I don't plan to major in any offered majors under the College of Letters & Science. </p>

<p>AND, what are your opinions on a "honors scholar program ?" Is that recognized, and does it have any benefits ? How hard is it ? Is it doable ?</p>

<p>UCI offers Honors-to-Honors transfer, so if you are in the honors/scholars program at your CCC, you are automatically put into the honors program at UCI if you are admitted.</p>
