I never believe in giving Chances on a thread because it is basically an educated guess by strangers. One question that you may want to address is whether your cross country times are fast enough to run at your top choice schools? You are in rarefied air as an African American male with great test scores and very good academics and you will end up having some great options. Good luck to you.
