<p>Yes, I would say that you have a decent chance. Your SAT is low relative to the accepted student pool, especially when compared with other internationals, but everything else seems strong. You seem like a great student with a passion for your intended major.
There’s no sense in worrying about the outcome of your application at this point, though. If you are not accepted by Vanderbilt, you will be by another school. Just be proud of your effort and your accomplishments. You will hear back from Vanderbilt and other schools soon enough.</p>
