Hey! So I am in 8th grade im from South America and Ive been thinking about applying to Phillips Exeter Academy…

However, I dont know if I have a
chance of getting in… What do you
think

I’ve been playing the violin for over 10 years
Went to Austria with Amis
Been in the national orquestra for kids for over 2 years ( community service)

… yup I know… Im not athletic AT ALL

Clubs:
Been in NJHS for over 3 years
Won the Zayed Future Energy Prize
Won first place in Robotics Competion

Violin (passion)
Reading

Academics:
B-student in 6th + 7th
A-student in 8th
Advanced math in 6th 7th & 8th
Finished 9th grade math in 8th
Advanced english and Music in 8th
A score on CTY Honors Algebra
A+ score on CTY Honors Algebra 2 A+ acore on CTY Honors Geometry
Stellar recommendations from 5 teachers (hopefully)
Fluent on 3 languages

And you are only in 8th grade. Nice but you still have a long time till we can chance you. We need to see your gpa and more ecs.

I’m applying to Exeter for 9th grade… My GPA last year was 6.4 out of 7. My mid-semester GPA is 6.8 out of 7.
