Im in the 22 percentile in my HS class
wat is the lowest percentile of class rank you can get and still get accepted into the college of engineering?

You need to post ACT GPA and ECs.
They dont go just off rank.

yea list everything

worst case scenario you go to a community college for two years

get a >3.0 gpa (this is a MINIMUM, try to keep it as close to 4.0 as possible, they wont look at anything with a 2.x)

that is what i did, worked my butt off for those two years at community college to get into here; it was worth it

so yea, dont listen to that ‘community college is a joke’ ********…and if it is, get all A’s, whatever gets you in

applying to mechanical engineering

SAT: 750M 650R 580W, taking it again tho

are you an emch?

wats an emch?

haha you sounded just like a kid from ohio whos named matt emch.
but your not.
sorry

where does he go to school? I live in ohio

i just know he lives in toledo and also went on a mission trip to honduras

oh I live Cincinnati, where in honduras did he go?

You have a 3.65 and you are in the last quarter of your class? Either your GPA is out of 5.0 or your school has a serious grade inflation problem…

Nice ECs and your SAT is good, too.

I think he meant in the top 22 percent.

ya im in the top 22 percent

I think it is a tough call. Do you have any AP with math and science or SAT II to surport you?

I’m a junior, this year im taking honors precalc and doing a duel credit program with university of cincinnati, im also taking cp physics, all juniors have to take that
next year ill take AP physics, AP stats, AP calc, AP programming, and AP english
also my class rank was updated and now im in the top 17 percentile

LOL, now that’s funny. i was like, ***? 22 percentile?? dude that’s seriously Comm College material.

there’s a big diff in the word “percentile and percent”
if u’re top 22%, i think its slight of a problem, but ur other factors are good~

haha my bad
