<p>I think you calculated GPA wrong because if you have been taking all honors and APs then it would be more than .1 point higher, thats less than one honors class! It would be like a .7 or .8 difference, Assuming your GPA is more like 3.6 or 3.7 weighted you have a better chance of getting in but your ACT score is so low a machine may just filter your application out 
if you get around a 27-30 when you retake it I say you have a solid chance at getting in but your ECs are weak as well. Sorry, but with those stats you will have a hard time getting into any college at all sorry :(. Best of Luck!</p>
