Do I get a JHU ID when I apply through common app?

<p>No, all you get is an e-mail confirming that they’re started to process your materials. They’ll also send you an e-mail if you’re missing anything. Besides that, all that’s left is the decision e-mail. Good Luck!</p>

Johns Hopkins University does not have an online system for tracking application status. You will be emailed an acknowledgment of the receipt of your application; this email does not confirm that your application is complete but rather it has been received by our office and is being processed. Rest assured that application files are checked carefully for completeness. We will contact students whose applications remain incomplete. Those students will be given an opportunity to provide us with any missing items before we complete the evaluation of their applications.
