<p>Recently, I have been organizing all my recommendation materials and getting envelopes together to give to my 2 teachers and counselor. However, when I go to print out the Counselor School Forms, the .pdf file that opens includes the Secondary School Report, the Mid-Year Report, and the Final Report. Do I include all 3 for each school in each of the envelopes I give to my counselor? Or do I just give them the Secondary School Report for now, and then give her the Mid-Year and Final Reports later on?</p>
<p>I think it depends on the counselor. We went ahead and filled out all the report forms, prepared the labels/envelopes, stamped them, collated everything, and put everything in manila folders according to reports. If/when the counselor asks for a particular set of report forms, a packet of appropriate forms is ready to go. I should note, that while all schools to which my D is applying asked for the mid-year report, not all asked for a final year report (at least it's not on their web sites). So those will have to be prepared later, if the schools ask for them.</p>
