Do I got a shot at Cornell?

I know most of these chancings are a dime a dozen, but I was curious of what you guys think of my EC's. I'm not sure of where I will apply, but Ivy League or U of Chicago is the dream. Cornell being my top choice because of the business school. I'll stop talking and list my stats, let loose with responses and be as honest as possible.

Junior in Kansas City, KS school, top school in metro area according to state testing results
30 ACT on first try, will take two or three more times (I have scored as high as a 32 on the practice tests I've taken)

3.93 GPA weighted, 3.85 unweighted, relatively tough coursework but not the toughest available. I went in favor of slightly lighter coursework than the toughest in order to participate in as much activities as possible. Top 20% of class.

Major most likely in business management, entrepreneurship, or computer science.

Have nearly completely my freshman year of college through dual enrollment of a nearby community college. I am aware it won't transfer to prestigious colleges but it does produce more challenging course work.

EC's:

4 years of football, 3 year varsity football player, 2 year captain
4 years of track, 3 year varsity, 2 year captain
2 years of JV basketball
2 years of powerlifting, 2 year captain
3 years of newspaper (pretty big commitment at our school, we won National Small School Best in Class)
2 years of webmaster of Newspaper Website
2 years of newspaper social media manager
2 years of Student Leadership Team
2 years of Student Nutrition Team
2 years of Key Club

I write pretty well, I'm confident in my ability to write an excellent essay.

I have also been recruited at D2 and D3 schools for both football and track, but I don't yet know if I will explore those options.

I also hold a position as a sales associate at Buckle, a huge time commitment. I founded and manage a successful landscaping and lawn care company in my town. I made about $3000-$4000 in the last year. I have also developed a concept charity based entirely on social media, in order to lower overhead cost and put more money in the hands of the needy. Due to my age I am not able to obtain a Tax ID and nonprofit status (501c3) so I have not began operations yet.

I also have volunteered the last couple years as a referee in a youth Christian basketball league, spent my freshman and sophomore year at the Audio/Visual director at my church. I also participate in various community service activities throughout the year (about 20-30 hours)

What do you guys think? Would I have a chance at some Ivy's, Duke or U of Chicago? I understand my ACT's are relatively low for these schools, if I can raise my ACT would my EC's get me through? Thanks!

EC are great, But right now its a reach because ACT is pretty low at 30 if you can get it up you have a good chance
chance back

ECs and GPA are okay. ACT score might need a bit more “strength”, if you know what I mean (you probably do).
Also, props for the “dime a dozen”. Your chances are most certainly not a dime a dozen. You have a viable shot, given improvement.

I think you have a great shot if you apply ED. Try to get your ACT to a 32+ to make up for your GPA (which is amazing but probably not on Cornell’s level). With the exception of CALS, Cornell’s schools require subject tests. Try to get 700+ on all of them. You are already in the running, and I’m sure you will improve in the next year. Get ready for Ithaca!

best of luck.

Chance back: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1617896-chance-me-michigan-usc-ucsb-syracuse.html#latest

Thanks for the support guys. I am not sure about ED because I haven’t ever personally been to Cornell, although already read plenty! I’ll chance back.
