Do I have a chance as a transfer to Penn's engineering college?

<p>I'm a student at WPI and I've thought about trying to transfer into U Penn as a junior. I'm curious if I have any chance of getting into the engineering school or if I ought to apply to less competitive reach schools. </p>

<p>Major: Electrical Engineering
GPA: 3.76 (roughly top 10% of class)
SAT: 2170
ECs: Leader of a few academic teams/clubs. </p>

<p>I've also worked 10 hours per week during the school year and full time over the summer.</p>

<p>Can any of the 27 people who have read this offer any commentary on my chances? Even general comments like “This school is a reach” or “You have no real chance” are helpful.</p>

<p>I don’t think most people on here have any idea how you stack up for transfer admissions. Most posters on here who are at Penn were admitted as freshmen. You probably want to check out the transfer forum.</p>
