do i have a chance at a top tier law school?

hi all,

i am currently in my senior year at northwestern university and i'm looking at graduating with around a 3.5, which is low. however, i've been consistently scoring in the 170-175 range on practice LSATs and am hoping to raise that by the time i take the test in a few months. i already have one great recommendation and am working on getting another, and i have a couple extracurriculars (volunteering, pre-law student group) and internships. i'm double majoring in history & political science with a classics minor. do i have any shot at getting into a top tier law school? i plan on getting a year or two of work experience before applying.

thanks!

Depends on your LSAT score -- exactly; five points is still a large range and people are always vulnerable to test-day drops or spikes -- and what you mean by "top tier."
