<p>White male; VA resident; I'm a legacy</p>
<p>GPA through junior year: 3.3 with most rigorous schedule possible</p>
<p>SATs: 720 reading, 640 math, 570 writing ( I know its really weak)</p>
<p>SAT II: 790 Us history, 700 literature</p>
<p>ECs: 13 years of piano and I won the Rebecca Orr Piano competition,
3 years of varsity golf, Captain of Scholastic Bowl team and and captain of solcial studies macc team, lots of church and community volunteering</p>
<p>Do I have a chance??</p>
<p>Oh and the 3.3 gpa is unweighted, </p>
<p>and I'm in the top 25% of graduating class</p>
<p>Legacy does not have much of an impact.</p>
<p>I think you certainly have a chance, but I would recommend retaking the SAT... and
BY THE WAY WHAT SCHOOL ARE YOU FROM because we do macc too.. and there are not that many schools in southwestern virginia :)</p>
