<p>Looks like I will have a 3.75 GPA by the end of this term. I want to transfer to L&S CS and I have completed all of the available prerequisites. I will complete IGETC (GE requirement equivalent) by the end of next year. </p>

<p>Are you in-state CC? I’ve heard that there’s a strong pull for transfers from in-state CCs. Your GPA may be a little low (I think most are 4.0) but not out of range. As long as you completed all the requirements for CS and you write solid essays, I think you’ve got a good chance.</p>
<p>If that would be your GPA, then try to polish your personal statement. It would help if you enroll in the honors program (if it is offered in your CC), given that you can do well.</p>
