any chance?

and will ED help?
btw i plan on majoring in international relations

Early Decision is going to be a huge help in your case mainly because I think there are some blemishes (that C). I think applying ED will double your chances - effectively, your grades are low for JHU but I think that if you went ED you would give yourself a fighting chance - if I were in your shoes and I loved Hopkins, I would go ED because it is easier to get in --there are less applicants. I don’t think you have a chance in Regular being from Texas

So - write great essays and good luck! You do have a chance in ED.
