<p>your GPA seems pretty good according to their standards, although your test scores are (in comparison) lower than their average. If they value test scores greatly, you might have a major problem. I’d say you have a good shot as long as you write a knock-out essay, though. Good luck!!!</p>

<p>All CSU’s does not require personal statement essays…only UC’s/Private universities requires essay. CSU’s only look at GPA and test scores, they dont even look at EC’s, SAT Subject tests, or community service hours…thats why its a major disadvantage to not require those things!</p>

<p>I say you have a 50% shot at Long Beach State.
It all depends on how competitive this year is in comparison to last year.
CSULB can get pretty competitive with all of those applications.</p>

<p>well u have a downward curve, thats no so good. but csu should consider you pretty well. i say 60% chance, maybe more.</p>
