GREAT recs, GREAT essays!!!!!!!

(Intended engineering major)

THANKS!!

I’m going to give you an honest answer, you have nothing going for you except the 35 ACT score. You need to have a “story” to sway the adcom’s in your favor. I would say rejection, maybe a chance at a waitlist.

My ECs are decent right? 3 significant leadership positions… I think the thing that weighs me down is the 3.7.

What’s ur level of involvement in skiing and tennis?

Varsity skiing (I’ve been skiing for 15 years, racing for 10)
JV A tennis (#3 on lineup)

Bumppppppp

I think you would be a great canidate for Harvard! Yet its kinda hard to predict yoru chances at such a selective school…Work REALLY HARD on your essay, have you also thought about getting an interview?

Why would you go to Harvard for Engineering? Honestly, you seem like a running of the mill wealthy smart white kid.

^^ Harvard required interviews lol. I’m good at socializing with/ appeasing adults, so that should work out well.

And woeishe, what’s “run of the mill?” And what do race/ demographic have to do with this? And I’d wanna go 'cause they actually share classes with MIT for engineering, yet you still get the Harvard feel. I’m aware it’d likely be a reach, but I’d like to get a ballpark idea of how realistic it is.

BuMPaRoO!!!

You’ll get a female in engineering boost, so you have a better chance than most.

Okay, how are my stats lookin?

They look just fine.

That’s not sarcasm is it

3.7 gpa is far below the average for accepted harvard students. it will likely disqualify you.

No sarcasm.

^^ darn it

just work on that gpa… if your doing your best Harvard will know by the difficulty of the schools curriculm and the classes you have taken.

I’ve received all As since second trimester junior year, and will fight to maintain all As during senior year (even with my difficult schedule)!

Hook?

You’rea good applicant, but you need something that will make you stand out.
