Do i have a chance at Rice?

<p>i know that my stats are a bit low for Rice, but do i still have a chance?</p>

<p>SAT-1370(710M,660V)
gpa-3.91 weighted
EC's-500+ hours at hospital, key club, executive renaissance society, spanish club...etc..</p>

<p>ok, i have a problem-there are at least 2 others who are applying to Rice from the city where i live, and their stats are MUCH better than mine..SAT of theirs is 1500(34ACT) & 1600, and they are both National merit guys..and their gpa is higher than mine...</p>

<p>does this mean that my chances are killed?</p>
