would love help with college search as well.
I really want a college in or near a big city. Thinking of pre-med or finance
I want to go to a school known for its academics not sports
Don't want to be too far away from MA. ( Uchicago is the exception!)
Any other schools out there?

Honestly your predictions are really good. You already have a very realistic. Your GPA is amazing especially with your load. You SAT is more than good enough. Your problem is your EC. They aren’t that great but they are still good. For your high reaches, EC’s will really matter there since they already have so many kids with great numbers so it is hard to determine your chances. Improve your EC’s while you can and you’ll have a great shot at your high reaches!

Please chance me back!

Sounds about right. Competitive applicant

Good job chancing yourself. Would put Brown on the high reach area though. Much lower acceptance rate than Georgetown and Tufts and looking for much more diverse and interesting applicants than most schools. Make sure your essays are stellar and creative.

Good luck!

Have you considered Penn? Philly is a decent city and it’s up there with your other reaches. Your ECs aren’t extraordinary, but they are decent and combined with your test scores and GPA I would say your list is pretty on par. Maybe consider beefing up the EC list with the time you have left?

Chance me back, please?

Your ECs are fine. Too much emphasis is placed on ECs here, ultimately schools want to see passion and potential, not a bucket list.

The schools you list as high reaches are all within your reach. Work on your relationship with your counselor, focus on your essays, and practice your interview skills.

SAT score might be a little low and you play a lot of sports! You might be lacking passion and ECs in general. Your list is pretty accurate IMO, if you ED at brown, you’ll probably get in.
Good luck!
