Do I Have A Chance at UPenn?

Hi, I'm a junior at a high school that is semi competitive and was wondering if I have a chance at UPenn if I applied early decision

GPA: 4.167 (for now)
Rank: My school doesn't do rank, so I don't exactly know, but I think it's top 10% of my 330 student class
SAT: never took yet
ACT: 32 (but will retake in April)
SAT II Korean: 740 (not amazing I know)
AP Chemistry: 4
So far have taken 3 AP and 4 Honors classes (my school doesn't have that many AP's, maybe around 10 or so)

Classes right now: Pre Calculus H, AP Bio, English 3 H, AP Comp Sci, Spanish 4, US History, Service

EC Activities/Awards
