Do I have a chance? (Columbia summer program)

I really wanted to take the advanced writing course this year. I feel my writing’s up to par, but my gpa is barely a 3.0 unweighted. What are my chances of getting in?

I think they accept everyone who can pay. Or am I mistaken if this is an entirely different program?

Columbia accepts most applicants. The GPA requirements and other stuff is to make sure they aren’t stuck with troublemakers for the summer.

I agree with above. If your writing is good enough, you will be fine.
