do i have a chance? film school prepping time.

<p>so as of now my grades aren't "superb" i have about a 3.5 gpa weighted, and im estimated to get about an 1850 on my SAT. i am only a junior so i don't apply until next year.
what im really hoping to push my chances of getting in are my extra curriculars and portfolio. i run the film club at my school, i did an internship as a vidographer and photographer at a proffessional theater in NYC, i took lessons at the NY film academy, and many other non film related things.</p>

<p>but are these enough? im looking at schools like NYU, Emerson, Boston university, Ithaca, and syracuse. </p>

<p>i have taken almost all honors courses except in math and science. and i will have compelted 6 AP classes by the time i’m done with high school. </p>

<p>This sounds pretty good to me. Focus on raising your sat scores and GPA, since that’s probably all that’s holding you back. </p>
