Do I have any chance getting into CU Boulder?

google: “CU Boulder CDS” (or any other school).

You’d eventually get to this: http://www.colorado.edu/pba/cds/cds14/index.htm

Only 8.4% of enrolled students had less than a 3.0GPA. Your odds are very steep against getting in IMHO. Your ACT is on the lower end of average. You have some chance, but not great. Is it affordable?

If I were you, I’d cut out everything that inhibits your ability to improve your GPA. If you’re above the 3.0 level, it’ll matter considerably. Another 20 volunteer hours or another line in your ECs about a sport will do you NOTHING.
