I'm out-of-state, so that'll make things a tad difficult as well, but do I still have a chance? Thanks.

UC GPA 3.79 (W)
ACT composite: 32 equals about 2100 of new SAT

Almost forgot!
SAT II's
Spanish 710
Math 2 660
Taking another language and possibly lit, aiming for higher scores.

Lit is probably not what you'd expect it to be. When I took the Lit SAT II, I was amazed at how difficult it was in comparison to the AP English lit exam. I have yet to meet anyone who found the Eng. Lit SAT II to be an "easy" exam. I am not trying to discourage you, but rather to make you aware. Personally, I found the US History Sat II to be much easier, as was the Biology (if you've taken AP Bio).

With UCB, for out-of-state, I understand they take very few students--like maybe 3% or fewer, so it's a reach for most folks--still worth applying. If you're interested in pursuing math or science or engineering, it might be good to take SATII Math II, if you prepare adequately.
