So I just want to know if I have a chance of getting into any of the UC’s, CSU’s or privates in California, Washington or in the east coast.
Thanks
You need to calculate your CSU/UC GPA for these schools. Here is the link: http://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/
I have calculated it for you based on posted grades. They only use 10-11th grades and your CSU/UC GPA is 3.0. If you are in-state, you barely make the minimum GPA required to apply to a UC. If you are OOS, you need a minimum 3.4 to apply. Even at the minimum, your only chance would be UC Merced which has an average UC GPA of 3.61 and SAT score of 1638 and this is still a Reach. You have way too many C’s on your transcript to be a competitive applicant for the UC’s. Do you have a good reason for the downward trend in your grade that can be addressed in one of your essays?
You can also go to a CC for 2 years, do TAG and transfer to a UC.

For the Cal states, I would look at some of the non-impacted campuses such as Monterey Bay, San Marcos, Channel Islands, Bakersfield, Stanislaus and San Bernandino. Privates such as Whittier College and the University of Redlands. Also look into the WICHE/WUE schools for Washington.

I wish you the best of luck but I would input your Stats into the Supermatch feature on this website to see which additional schools would be good matches.
