Do i have a chance of getting in?!

Alright do I stand a chance of getting in?

GPA as of the end of sophomore year: 3.1

I have like a 3.3 or 3.4 right now though, so hopefully that will boost it a little bit; I’m a HS junior right now.

Classes:

Freshman year:
English 9 (no honors/ap offered)
Spanish 2 honors
Honors math 1 (geometry)
Environmental Science
European History (no honors/ap offered)

Sophomore year:
English 10 (no honors/ap)
Spanish 3 Honors
Honors math 2 (precalc/algebra 2)
Chemistry
World History (no honors/ap)

Junior year:
English 11 (I’m taking the english AP exam in May for credits since my school doesn’t offer accellerated English)
Spanish 4 Honors
AP Calculus AB
Biology
US History (no honors/ap)

Senior Year (next year!)
English 12 (+ AP exam in May)
AP Spanish
AP Calculus BC
Science elective (I don’t find out which one until end of this year)
History elective (I don’t find out until end of this year, and there’s no honors/ap)

I also do lots of community service, about 300 hours a year in my local hospital, teaching dance lessons at a Boys and Girls Club, constructing a children’s program at a public library, and I even assistant taught a kindergarten class for a month at a charter school (when it didn’t conflict with my school schedule). I also work over the summer as a lifeguard, and am fully certified in lifeguarding/CPR/ AED/ First aid.
I also play sports. Soccer, Lacrosse, and I swim.

Also, I’m involved in lots of clubs. Key Club, students in cultural awareness, and the school’s environmental club.

I’m thinking about taking Brown University’s leadership workshop over the summer, to increase my chances of getting into a better college. I got a letter from them a few months ago, and would really like to do this if I can afford it.

Also, I am of an ethnic and religious minority.

I know my GPA kind of sucks right now, but do you think I stand a chance? I’m at one of the most competitive independent private schools in my state right now, and it has a reputation for being the most academically challenging school in the state. So do you think BU would have some form of sympathy for my crappy GPA?

Thanks

If you get a 1800 or higher SAT or 27 or higher ACT I’d say you’re in for sure.
