I'm currently a junior, BC is my dream school but I don't know if I have the grades to get in there.
I go to a very rigorous all girls prep school that sends a lot of it's students to BC.

My GPA: 2.8
SAT scores: 1760

I have also gone to many community service/precollege programs over the summer and I run cross country. My sister goes to BC, she went to the same high school as me but she was a very good student and athlete. I know my grades aren't very good but they would be equivalent to around a A- average at a public school. I have only taken one honors class so far but I doubled up on language freshman year and doubled up on math in sophomore year, so I have taken a lot of classes. I have connections at BC which could help me get in there.

Could I get some advice on what should I do from now until I apply? (That would help me get into BC)
or do I just have a 0% chance of getting in?

Here’s some info about Boston College. Unfortunately, you don’t really fit the criteria yet. Keep working on it! Never say never, anything could happen. Best of luck.

If you are a senior and have already applied for RD, then try writing your local admissions rep a nice email about how its your top choice with some bullet points updating her on this semester (sporting events, great grades, or anything big thats happened in your life academically)
