Do I have a chance to get in Rutgers Univ ?

<p>My GPA is a low 2.77 but it went up from Junior year which was a 2.58
My SATS are pretty good though 2180/2400
I have some Community service time
Joined 5 clubs in school
and my essays and teacher recommendations are pretty good </p>

<p>So what do you think ? Do I stand a chance ?</p>
