Do I have a chance to get into Columbia?

I am a sophmore in a not so competitive school district:

Unweighted GPA: 4.00
top 3% rank
ACT scores: 29
I am going to retake them
Junior Schedule: AP English Language, AP US History, AP Chemistry, AP Statistics and Physics Honors.
Senior Schedule: AP English Literature, AP Govt, AP Macroecon, AP Physics, AP Calculus AB, Keyboard

Volunteer/ Extracurriclar/Accomplishments: I have been a particapant of band since my sixth grade year. I have performed several solos and duets and have received superiors. I have also particapated, with my band, and have received straight superiors in both marching and concert evaluation the past two years. I have been chosen and accepted into several honor bands. I am in the NHS, Tri-M (Music Honor Soceity, FBLA ( Future Business Leaders of America, and the Mathematis Honor Soceity. I am Boy Scout and am this close to acheiving the rank of Eagle Scout (if I ever finish my project). I am also in Order of the Arrow (the Honor Soceity of Boy Scouts). I have been the leader of my Boy Scout Troop, President and Vice President of the school Band, secretary of Tri-M. I have received several various awards, although most are not worth mentioning. I have volunteered endless hours for the FBA (Florida Bandmasters of America) and have volunteered for Share with Care (at 1st methodist church where we help give dinners to less privledged families during the holidays throughout the year)

My biggest fear is that my high school let's say is anything to be proud of and I don't really have enough money to attend summer College Programs. So I'm afraid that no matter what I do nothing will separte me from everybody else.

Retake the ACT. Don’t worry about summer college programs. Everything else sounds fine.

Colleges don’t care if you went to pricy summer programs, anything you can do to advance yourself is fine, from community college classes to a job. What a school like Columbia will want is for you to be top of your class at an average high school having taken the hardest course load available. Good SAT/ACT scores will be important, EC’s showing depth of interest and accomplishments in things which Eagle is a good start for, and teachers who will say you’re the best that has been through the school.

a 29 just will not do! retake and good luck!
