bump

Newhouse focuses a lot on ECs. I know a guy with a great GPA but a very low SAT and he got in because he was head of his school newspaper and had a blog with quite a following. He was able to show that despite his scores he was a well-rounded student. Make sure your app touches upon your experience in journalism. Try to get an internship if possible. You seem like the ideal candidate. Best of luck.
