Hey everyone!
I recently applied to UT as a transfer student and was wondering if anyone could tell me the chances I have for getting into UT.

I unfortunately did not know that you could only qualify for automatic admission as a transfer student into UT if you attended a community college rather than a four year college, which I still don't fully understand. After graduating third in my class in high school, I was tied between going to UH or UT. I chose UH due to personal preferences, but after one year here I then realized that I would rather be at UT.

One of my main questions would be that if I was previously admitted into UT, will that increase my chances for getting into UT again but as a transfer student? I have maintained a 3.86 GPA in my first semester in college and will hopefully keep it up or raise it after this semester. I took a UT class my senior year of high school and made an A and received the credit for it, if that means anything. I am also probably one of the last to be looked at since I still have to send in my final transcript after this semester. I have been stuck wondering about this for the past few months worried about if I will get accepted or not, and it would be a great relief and help to get some feedback about my situation. Let me know what you think and if you'd like any more information, please let me know! Thanks in advance!
