Do I have a chance?

I'm a junior in high school applying to LAS for MCB next year. I have a 3.92 gpa on a 4.0 scale including honors programs on a 4.5 scale and a few college courses based on a 5.0 scale. I roughly calculated my unweighted gps (without the honors and college classes) to be about 3.65. (messed up my sophomore year) My school does not give us rankings and is very small and private. We have about 120 kids in my grade. I have an ACT score of 27 but I'm planning on raising it to 28 or 29. My gpa for my junior year is about 4.3 so far.

Do I stand a chance? I understand that the minimum ACT score for LAS is a 27.

Anyone?

I have about 200 service hours and I’ve been volunteering at a hospital for the majority of those hours. I’m the Treasurer of the Mu Alpha Theta chapter at my HS. I’m in my city’s leadership/service organization, on the yearbook team, and in chess club, art club, and National Honor Society.

Your GPA is great, just try your best to bring up the ACT. You still have tome, study hard for the test. Good luck!

you will be fine, you are on track.
Keep up the good work. LAS is not too tough to get in
