Do I have a chance?

Hello. I am not usual student, I moved to US by the 10th grade, so I’ve lost 1 year of American HS. Back in my home country, we didn’t have AP/nonAP classes, everyone had the same classes, so my transcript is kind of complicated. My average is about 3.8-3.9 unweighted.

My grades so far are:
Visual Arts - 85 (took back in my home country)
Physical Science - 85 (back home)
2 years of Russian - 95 (back home)
Biology - 95 (back home)
Math 1 - 85 (back home)(in my home country there is a lot of space for bias in grades, because of different grading system, and my math teacher simply didn’t like me)
World Geography - 95 (back home)
Computing in Modern World - 95 (back home)
Personal Fitness - 85 (back home)
10th Grade Lit/Comp - 95

In US I’ve got

ESOL - A (don’t remember exact grade)
Honors Math 2 - 99
Chemistry - A
Theatre - A
World History - A
Health - A

This year I take:
AP US History
Honors Human Anatomy
Honors Pre-Calculus
American Lit (I don’t take honors yet, because I am not sure in my language skills, but I will try to take honors 2nd semester)
Web Design 1
Broadcasting and Video Production 1

Next Year I plan to take:

AP Government (half-year course)
AP Economy (half-year course)
AP Statistics (I am really good at math, and I’ve already taken 4 years of science, so councillor would let me take Statistics instead of Science)
AP Calculus
Honors 12 grade lit
Web Design 2
BVP 2

If I’d get all A’s in my current and next year’s classes, would it be possible for me to get into Georgia Tech (Georgia Institute of Technology)? I am a Georgia resident, and I am probably going to get something around 1900-2000 on SAT. I am in a Math Team and Chess Club, going to do volunteering work starting September break. I am also a foreigner (Russian). I am planning to major in Computer Science. Thank you for your attention, I hope you will help me to answer this question.
