<p>Hey, guys! I'm a senior from a public high school near Savannah. My boyfriend and I both want to go to Columbia. I was wondering whether or not you guys think we're cut out for some of the big schools - Columbia, Duke, Princeton. Thanks :)</p>

GPA: 4.00/4.00 Unweighted : 99.96/100.00 Weighted
Class Rank: 1/356 (This is based on our cumulative GPA - which is just an average of our numerical grades).
SAT: Sitting 1: 800-CR ; 720-Math ; 800-Writing ... Sitting 2: 740-CR ; 800-Math ; 760-Writing.
ACT: English - 36 ; Math - 35 ; Reading - 36 ; Science - 33 ; Writing - 12 ; Composite - 35

<p>At first glance…you’re in. However, the one thing you have to be worried about is being “too perfect”. Some schools deny top-caliber students that look too much like “robots”. You seem to be fairly well-rounded as a student, and will probably be admitted to Columbia. Good luck!</p>

<p>That is ridiculous. Can I have some of those ec’s? hahhaa. IVY leagues are all hard to get into, but you should have a better shot than most.</p>

<p>Haha. Yes, I did retake a 2320 because I knew I could do better in math. Unfortunately, I can never seem to reach my forte on both at the same time. The main reason I was unsatisfied is because another girl at my school (ranked #2) is on my butt with a 2310. She retook in November - let’s all hope for the worst… jk. She wants Columbia, too. She’s probably a better candidate. She goes to a college now for joint enrollment. That’s the only reason I’m ahead of her in rank. It’d be awesome if we all got in (:</p>
