<p>Hi, I am a senior at a very competitive all boys preparatory school in central NJ. I have been extremely interested in Lehigh since my first visit Junior year. Since then I applied Early Decision 1 to their Business School. I've visited Lehigh about 3 or 4 times and have spoken to an alumnus. I would appreciate it if someone could chance me. </p>

<p>I wrote a really good common app essay on my experiences as the co-founder and assistant coach of the New Jersey Lightning Beep Baseball Team, New Jersey’s first adaptive baseball team for the Blind and Visually Impaired. My supplement essays were also well written and though out.</p>

<p>AP Classes this year:

<p>I've taken mostly Honors and AP classes with the exception of a few standard classes here and there. (More rigorous course load every year but with a slight downward change in GPA) </p>

-I've worked at my family's restaurant since I was seven years old and I am now an assistant manager. I work on avg 40hrs a week, and go there directly after school. I've worked during the entire summer every year since freshman year.</p>

<p>You sound like a well-rounded student with a real interest in Lehigh. You’re involved in extra-curriculars and your essay topic sounds really unique.</p>

<p>As you mentioned in your post, the only thing that stands out to me as something that might be an issue is your SAT score. I’ve posted the link to the SAT statistics for this year’s freshmen class to give you a frame of reference of where your grades lie among current students.</p>

<p>The one thing that matters most is how much interest you have shown to Lehigh. Even if a kid with a 2400 applies but nevers visits or shows a passion for going to Lehigh, then he won’t get in - period. I think if you’ve shown to Lehigh in your essays/visits/interviews that you really want to go here, you’ll get in.</p>
