I am a freshman in highschool my UW GPA is 3.6 my Weighted is 4.5 i am taking almost every AP class offered at my school and expect to get at least a 1950 on my SAT. I competitively swim and sail. I am president of my National charity organization. I am captain of Mock Trial and I also sing and play guitar.
What schools should I be looking at for college and what do I need to do to get into Tufts or Georgetown?

You are on a good track for Georgetown and Tufts. Try and get around a 2100 on your SAT, to make admissions even more likely. You are a freshman, so you have a lot of time. Try and get your unweighted GPA up to around a 3.8. Keep up with the extracurriculars. I’d say pick up another club in school, and go for leadership in it. Keep doing Mock Trial and whatever the charity organization is, and keep swimming, in case you would have potential recruitment. Ultimately, you have a few years to get your grades and tests as high as possible, as so long as you don’t slack off, you’ll be in very good shape.

thank you so much!

Raise your GPA up to at least 3.8 and go for 2100 or higher (these are the minimums though, strive for better). Then do more ECs, get leadership positions in clubs, and do volunteering too. That’ll increase your chances a ton

Higher scores Steinbeck… probs a 2100 or 31 ACT.

thanks guys this really helps!
