Do I have a chance?

My reach schools are:
Stanford
Brown
Hopkins (ED)
UNC Chapel Hill
UC Berkeley
UC San Diego

SAT: 2250 superscore, 2180 one sitting
ACT: 33
GPA: 3.7 unweighted, 4.3 weighted
However, I had health issues, hospitalizations etc on and off 11th grade so there was a dip in the most important year... got C's in calc BC and AP chem. All is well now and I've got a rigorous senior schedule - if I explain myself and do well this year, might they let it go?
So far, 5's on APUSH, AP Bio, AP Lang, AP Gov, and AP Calc AB.

Community Service:
-animal shelter
-library
-food bank
-random projects through school clubs

Activities:
-club lacrosse
-MUN
-key club
-NHS
-Spanish honor society
-youth orchestra

Awards:
-AP Scholar with Distinction

My recommendations /should/ be pretty sound. My counselor also knows me so I hopefully will get a more personalized letter. My essays are also generally strong and I will get my former AP lit teacher to rip them apart when school starts.

The fact that my grades fell from all A's to a couple of C's and B's concerns me most. Is mine a case where I should not apply early action so the schools will see the 1st semester grades from senior year?

You are a match for UCSD. As for the privates, you need to tell us your gender and whether you’re an URM.

I’m an Asian female, which I imagine doesn’t help me much. Lol.
