When should I expect to hear back?

I wanted to give the best description I could so that people could try to chance me. I love everything this school has to offer and hope what I have is simply good enough.

What will get you is the sat and not taking calc. They would really want to see at least calc 1. I have a gpa that would be equivilent to a 93 or 94% and an 1170 cr+m and they asked for mid year grades. I also took calc two and ap stat this year and even that wasn’t enough to get the acceptance. It’s possible you will get deferred like me and make sure to keep the hope. I thought I was getting rejected for sure but it was nice to at least be deffered…

I think you have a pretty good chance. I got a 30 ACT (~1350/2050 ACT), and about a 92/100 GPA (it’s actually a 3.83 UW, 4.142 W). I also took Calculus and Physics and a ton of other classes through my nearby university. You have a lot more extracurriculars than me (I only had 3 years of sports).

Your class rank and GPA are definitely fairly decent, but the thing that will hurt you the most is your sub-par SAT. I think a good thing about your application is all of the experience you show in dentistry. I wouldn’t be surprised if you got accepted, but try to retake the SAT if you have enough time.

Thank you very much for the reply! I’m hoping for the best!
