Do i have a chance?

So mistakes were made the first year of high school , and I am coming into my senior year with 2.58 gap. Weighted. I would really love to go to go to West Virginia University. Its my first choice school.

ACT: to Be determined ( taking it in December
SAT: total of highest scores 1080 ( took over in October should be updated on the 22nd)
Rank: 53 out of 250

This Senior year I will be taking: AP Microeconomics, AP Macroeconomics, Honors Pre-Calculus, AP English , Health and Career strategies

Clubs: DECA ( President), FBLA( Parliamentary), Student council( Secretary), Class of 2016 office ( President)
Sports: Volleyball, Lacrosse, Cheerleading
I would like to get Major in Psychology and Spanish with a pre med track

What are my chances?
Is there anything i can do to help me get in or improve my chances?

I would say that if you have a weighted GPA of 2.58 you may want to look at some smaller state schools. I think its great that you are taking all of the AP classes but do you think maybe you could take some honors classes that would be easier to get your GPA up. I think most large state school you have to be well over 3.0 to get in. Good Luck
