However UCSD request for my 7nth semester grades and asked a couple questions , 7 semester year I received an A in ap calculus, ap chemistry, theater, support class for ap students, also a B in ap statistic and a C in ap gov all senior year.

Your UC GPA is great, but test scores are worrisome. Do you have issues with timed tests?
The 25th percentile for ACT is 26, what was your Math score? If UCSD requested additional information, then they are showing interest. Just trying to resolve how you do so well in your classes but not on the standardized tests.
