Looking to get a job

My top two (realistic) schools are UMich and UT at Austin (both OOS) as they are strong in both engineering and business.
I fell in love with UMich when I visited, but the price is deterring. Austin on the other hand, is a bit cheaper, but getting in OOS is a real challenge.

I’d just like to know if admission to these schools are likely for me, or if I should start looking elsewhere.

Thanks for your time.

Refer to prep scholar with your colleges and it will tell you what they are looking for on average academically. Obviously, you never know what the admissions officers want, they will look at your personality and everything so you want a good essay and seem strong everywhere.

For both schools, getting in from OOS is very hard even though UMich admit a lot more OOS students. Anyway, you should have above average chance for UMich CoE making it a very high match to low reach. So it is possible, but you do need to add a few matches and at least one safety.

Its not only the grades they look at build your personality on to the essays and convince them that you are a good applicant and also look really good on your ec. less is more name 3-4 ec that reflect your career and passion
