20 hours a week throughout school, and 40 hours during the summer at a Real Estate Management Firm. I am a Building Manager, where I am responsible for meeting the needs of tenants inside a 50,000 sq ft building.</p>

<p>Assistant Manager of a student run Credit Union in charge of staffing and daily operations.</p>

<p>I have also arranged for an internship at the law firm Vorys , Sater , Seymour and Pease LLP over the summer.</p>

<p>Thanks for the response. Specifically what do you think my chances are of getting into Notre Dame. Do they weigh essays heavily? I spent alot of time on my essay, and I feel it is nearly perfect. (i won't post it for obvious reasons)</p>

<p>why is it such a reach? I've checked the states and I am above average in every aspect of their admissions process (and it is like this for every school) but why is it so much harder to get in than what they publish?.</p>
