I'm considering getting a internship so I can get more Community Service hours. I know my resume isn't impressive but I hope to raise my SAT scores to about a 1600 and my GPA to about a 2.9

In middle school I was diagnosed with ADHD. I am not sure if I'm still diagnosed but will this affect my chances?

Your EC's seemed impressive at first glance but there are too many stretches in there. Come on now, working for neighbor?, 3on3 bball?,Frisbee?.. raise your SAT scores... I doubt you will be able to raise them to 1600 if you only got a 1390 but shoot for ATLEAST 1450 to be reasonable. Remember: SATs are a measurement of your intelligence and reasoning and it is unlikely you will see that much of an increase without significant training. Don't be discouraged if you don't get in either, go to a Community College, prove yourself there, and transfer into Buffalo your soph. or junior year.
