Do I have a chance at either UMass-Amherst, Rutgers-New Brunswick, or Penn State-University Park as a transfer student?

My GPA: 2.07
SATs: 1010(500Math, 510 Verbal)
High School GPA: 2.9

I failed two courses in the spring semester of my Freshman year at college. I had a 2.54GPA heading into that spring semester, but the two failing classes brought it down to a 2.07. I retook both those classes and got a B and B- in them.

Right now I am taking 5 courses; Math, History, English(upper level), Humanities, and Biology. Out of those five classes, I have 4 B's, and an A. If I stay with those grades should shoot up to around a 2.34. If I improve the grades to mostly A's, my GPA will go up to around a 2.50.

My college career grades: C, C, C, C(I took these 4 courses in high school), B-, B-, B, C+, C(fall semester freshman year of college), B-, B-, F, F(spring semester freshman year of college), B-, B,(grades of the two failed classes I retook in summer semester), and now A, B, B, B, B(current semester-some of the B's will go up to maybe an A).

With the way my grades have been and the way they are going throughout college, do you think the Universities will overlook the two F's? Or am I essentially screwed?
