Also, I want to get a bussiness major...

I would break it down in the following categories:

GPA/Courseload/Rank - You have an excellent UW GPA, along with a rigorous courseload with a decent rank.
SATs/ACT - This is where you could use some work, but you have testing dates coming up so you can definetly improve. I would aim for around a 31 or more on your ACT. Just study all summer and I am sure you can do it. Your SAT II's are decent
Extra-Currics/Leadership: Make sure you play up activities you are passionate about and can vouch for best. Strive to have leadership in your activities as well so you can make a great impression.
Essays: Presumably they would be good, as long as you write on something you are passionate about.
Reccomendations: Presumably Good
Extraneous Factors: The fact that you are new to this country and of Brazilian decent would pose an advantage for you.

So you have a lot of work to do but if you manage to improve in all your areas you stand a pretty good chance.

As for being a business major. Duke has no business major but instead a huge Economics Dept. that many choose to major in that are essentially business majors. (investment banking, etc.) So just keep that in mind.

Good luck
