Do I have a chance?

Hi, I have just finished my junior year and am now beggining applying to schools.
I have about a 3.55 gpa, after taking very rigorous courses throughout high school. My freshman and sophomore year had lower, 3.4 gpas but in my junior year, with 7 academic courses, I had a gpa of 3.85.
MY SAT scores are 680 Math, 600 CR, and 690 Writing (10 on essay)
and I got a 29 composite on the ACT with 28 Math, 26 CR, 31 English and 32 Science.
I have been class president at my high school, interned for my county's Circuit Court under a judge, and have received several awards as a student at my high school.
I really want to attend a prestigious school, such as Northwestern University, University of Virginia and University of North carolina at chapel Hill, as well as a few of the Ivy league schools.
Does anyone think I can get into these schools with this resume, and could anyone give any insight on my chances with such schools?

over the course of my 4 years in high school, I will have taken 11 AP’s

Please Chance me for UVA, UNC Chapel Hill, Northwestern University, UPenn, and UMichigan

I think you have a decent shot at all of them. Your GPA isn’t stellar for those schools, but they definitely will like the upward trend. The ECs you have are good, but is there anything else?

I usually don’t recommend SAT retakes, as I think this takes away from valuable time that could be used on more important parts of the application process, but you really should get that CR score up to at least 650. Breaking 2000 is pretty important for top tier schools.

Unless you’re instate for any of those schools I think they are all somewhat reaches. Even UNC-CH is because of your grades.
