Do I have a chance?

I'm a student from Vietnam and this August I'll study in US as an exchange student. Please chance me if I can realize my dream of getting into IVY (I know my status now is quite average) and please recommend me which schools that suit for me:
GPA: 9.2/10 (I study in a specialized high school. I don't know how to convert it to US's GPA but it's quite high in Vietnam)
SAT: 2310 (Math 800; writing 800, cr: 710), SATII (Math2:800, Chemistry 780, US history: 760). TOEFL:105

EC: Leader of Math and Chemistry team in grade 9.
Class president in grade 10 and 11. Honor for class contribution (2 students/class/year)
4 years playing tennis
Manager in soccer class team (my class won first prize last year)
2 years playing piano (I guess it's pointless)
Currently directing a short film project
Leader of an article project (in mathematics): Third prize
Leader of the volunteer team working in Hoa Binh village (Vietnam) for a month
Operation smile
Honor from Red Cross Society in my district
School events
Participating Singapore international mathematics challenge (1 of 6 chosen students)
Crown atrophy for ARML contest (in America)

Contribution: 15-20k/year
Essays: still working on them

that's what I have. I know it is very difficult to get into IVY and other top uni because in VN there are not so many opportunities in VN to do EC. Therefore I'll do my best in the next 3 months in US to enhance my profile.
Please give me some advice? and what can I do in US high school to increase my chance to realize my dream (since I've never studied in US). thank you!
(My first post, if there is any mistake, forgive me!)

Hmm, I’d say pretty good chance if you can get good recs and a great essay.

Which school do you go to??? ( I’m Vietnamese, too :))). I wanna know exactly. Besides, your status is quite good but not excellent. Anyway, you still have a chance if you work really hard on your essay
To HavardBoundNy: Does Havard accept A-levels takers???
