Northwestern is my favorite school. I want to apply early and I would love to know if I have a shot. I am a theatre student and I would be applying into their theatre school.

ACT: 31 (but im taking again)
G.P.A (Unweighted): 3.6
Ap's: Us History (4 on the exam), AB Calc, Music Theory.

I do a ton of musicals and I am the lead in most. I started the schools award winning quartet team. I am in a band. I get excellent ratings at choir competitions and take place in district choir. I am in the chamber choir at my school.

I know this sounds terribly braggadocios I just wanted to get all my stuff out there to be evaluated.

Yes, you have a chance, but estimating your odds is tough.
Your 3.6 GPA is adequate, but hardly overwhelming; the same for your 31 ACT.
Your curriculum has only 3 APs, which again suggests it’s not the hardest offered at your school.
So if the question is whether you “have a chance,” the answer is that you certainly do, but you will be in the midst of some tough competition.

Your stats are within range-albeit, lower end. Your EC’s show your interest and ability for your intended major. Your game plan to apply early is a good idea.
You may or may not know this, the theater program only takes 50 guys/50 girls. So-competition will be stiff. Consider NU a reach.
G’Luck!

Thank you for your help! I am only worried about the lack of an audition because I cannot reflect my skills to the theatre department and my acceptance will be based solely on my application. I do have an extensive resume of work in theatre and I do plan on applying early decision.
