The lack of rigor of classes and EC is because my old high school did not offer any, both AP and EC. However, I am sure that the curriculum rigor in my was far superior than those APs that I have here. We did Physics, Chemistry, Math, Biology, history, Geology every year of high school. I came here about a year ago, and yes, I am not an English taker. I've been learning Eng for less than 2 years. I'm trying my best to get a 800 Math and maybe >550 CR this December.

I planned on applying to Emory and GA Tech.
What do you think my chance would be?
Any input is highly appreciated. And Pleassse, be realistic.

ur status is good...did u take any SAT II athough Emory doesn't require?
I think if u have any chance to take SAT one more, I wanna advise u to improve more score in CR section!

I hope u get in- good luck :)

Thank you very much for your input.
I did not take any SAT II and maybe I'm not planning doing so because it'd take times to familiarize with the tests. I honestly dont have free time at the moment. I'm trying my best to improve the CR reading section.
Are you attending Emory? If so, may I know about your stat when you got in (if you don't mind)?
